woods racing?

hey guys im in minnesota and was wondering if there is anywhere to woods race as i ride woods trails all the time as they are in my backyard, so i thought if it were close id give it a try.

Im in central MN between brainard and st.cloud.

also is there any requirements for woods racing like nerf bars? tether? number plates? etc....
