that looks to have some nice goodies on it....beadlocks, elka's, extended anti-vibe stem and fatbars, ect, ect.
but that yellow frame has to go, LOL
keep the pics comin

He is gonna have stuff re-powder coated the same color to keep the originality as it was once raced by one of the best British quad riders John Mitchell, one thing i suppose your gonna hate then is the color scheme for my blasty, lets just say they are "similar" lol

naw, a full yellow frame on a blasty is OK, just sumthin about that 1/2 frame yellow on the 450 ?, but i do understand the restoring to original since it's "almost famous"
actually the second pic is growing on me, it just looks pale in the garage pic

yea sorry awk i took the garage pics on my phone lol i upload a few more clear ones in a mo (were actually working in an old artic trailer as its the most "free" space on his farm, its now sort of a dedicated quad workshop

nothing wrong with a dedicated build space, no matter what it used to be, and i spotted the a-arms in the first pics, good stuff !!

I like it, I'm a fan of yellow and blue. Are the rear fenders stock and uncut? I like how they are flat instead of having the edge turned down.

umm ill have to check but i think the rear fender is stock (custom color) and it has a small lip of about 12mm. This is a 2006 model.

Right, the winter re-build is complete, here is an assembly video, ill post some higher res pics of the quad when the weather improves.

Its an ex John Mitchell atv world works race quad for 2006, there were 2 of them and they cost around £35k to build. so yea there's quite a bit of cash thrown into it ;)

were working in an old artic trailer, keeps the heat in these winter months ;)
