Why no signature pictures?

I tried to put a pic in my sig and it says zero pics allowed. So it's the avatar only?
All fixed.

Once you have at least 3 posts and have been a member for at least 3 days, you are allowed to have 1 signature picture and 1 link (as long as it is not commercial advertising).

Awesome. I will ad that the image link used to post a pic counts as one link. So in actuality you can have a pic and only one link?

If you upload the image with the forum itself (no more photobucket/tinypic) i dont think it will count as a link

You cant upload images directly to a signature but external images will not use up a link if used correctly.

As an example using your signature:
If you link the image back to to photobucket then it will use up one link:

Code:
[URL='http://s1163.photobucket.com/user/herpderp1o1/media/slide_297900_2459978_free_zps1920eb2d.gif.html']
[IMG]http://i1163.photobucket.com/albums/q559/herpderp1o1/slide_297900_2459978_free_zps1920eb2d.gif[/IMG][/URL]

However, if you just use insert "image" button and paste the url of the image(http://i1163.photobucket.com/albums/q559/herpderp1o1/slide_297900_2459978_free_zps1920eb2d.gif):
upload_2014-2-7_23-11-38.png

...you will end up with something like this and not waste a url (if you need it for something else).

Code:
[IMG]http://i1163.photobucket.com/albums/q559/herpderp1o1/slide_297900_2459978_free_zps1920eb2d.gif[/IMG][/URL]

I can't figure out how to even add a signature, haha. Really liking this new forum layout though.
Thanks!

To get to your signature just hover over your name in the top right of the screen and click on "Signature" in the first column that pops up.

I know on the old interface you needed a certain amount of posts or you can become a supporting member. Not sure if that rule still applies or if it has been changed.

All fixed! It was a setting on our end that was overlooked:)

Yes there are certain requirements to be able to use a signature and send private conversation:
Currently, it's being a member for 3 days and have a minimum of 3 posts.

Ahh okay. I thought cbaber said that supporting members were just limited to signature lines/space but I could be wrong. I'll have to wait until I get my paycheck so I can become a supporting member.

Ok, thanks very much!

You should be fine and be able to apply your signature now. Supporting members just have a little more open signature policy with a few more available links, lines, images and media.
