What is the long screw on the right side of my carbeurator

Just wondering what this really long screw is on the carbeurator, it’s on the top left of the right side of carb

That's where the oil injection would be.
You MUST pre- mix gas

Okay I have been premixing just was lost as to what that screw was lol , any chance I could remove the screw and plug it up or does it have to stay in ?

Can't have a hole there, but I would either cut it off or remove and plug hole.
