Seems to be the opposite of most problems on here (bad Voltage regulator and blowing bulbs). Blaster been sitting for oh lets say 10 years. When I turn on the headlight, the light is like brown and very very dim. Any ideas?
My first guess would be the ground connection for that lighting circuit at the regulator, or rust on the stator pickup and flywheel magnets, preventing good voltage
