I recently removed a pair of trenga racing front extended a arms from a 2006 blaster...
The arms had play and the a arms bushings were worn...I purchased a set of 12 bushings from eBay,they are definitely for a blaster, but they do not fit the trenga arms....I then removed the bushings from some old stock arms I had and they do not fit either....the ones from eBay and the old stock ones I had are about 1mm thicker....any ideas where I can get the correct bushings?
Thank you

Just did a little search, looks like they aren’t around now. You could measure the old one and contact various mfg and see if they use that size, or can get or make them.
I don’t know how easy it would be to turn plastic bushings, but they do make bronze bushings that could be turned.

you could try https://www.jdscustoms.com/product-category/atv/

maybe a local machine shop? High school metal shop?

Thank you for researching this for me.
I came to the same conclusion of having a set of bronze bushings turned down.
These arms have been a nightmare because you cannot get the ball joints either!!!
I think I'm going to sell them "as is" in my eBay store!!
