Tors/ throttle adjustment on tors

Cleaned carb,installed new throttle cable and reinstalled. Started bike and it just revs high it won’t idle. Any help appreciated

Also the idle adjustment on the tors doesn’t move,it just spins in place,cannot adjust it. I think that’s what it is I’m not sure

Make sure needle is dropping into main jet

If you needed a cable you should have done a TORS elimination kit. That screw on top is known for stripping out

Yeah it seems to be useless at this point. Yeah I just installed a new cable and I see the tors elimination kit comes with a cable. Where can I get one of these kits? Can I do the job or is it super complicated?

Yeah the needle went all the way down, the carb and all was installed correctly I’m 99.9% sure
