includes flange & spring(s), good shape header and silencer with tapered silicon coupling that requires no clamps to hold it in place, it fits that tight.

is it perfect ....no, it's used, lightly. it may have 1 small pebble ding if i remember correctly, or not ?
you will need to polish it up some if shiny matters to you ?
no rust anywhere , typical tarnishing and baked on dirt of a used chrome pipe near flange.
if you want unblemished show chrome .....buy a new one !
one of the best mid/top end pipes there is for blasters, as I had it jetted w/ stock carb & 300 main, it hit hard at about 1/3 throttle and ripped all the way up.
