You have been busy.12mm drill bit should be the one you need. Man you need to post some pictures of this
You will like the rear shock.for the money you can't go wrong why do you need a parking brake for. Park it in first:cool:

The stock parking brake on the 03+ blaster operates on the rear caliper and uses a mechanism attached to the clutch lever. If you're desperate for one then you could hunt about for this system but would involve converting to hydro rear brakes too.

But as Slydog said, you don't really need it unless you're putting it on the road like I am (or are just desperate for one), I'm unsure of the US laws compared to ours in the UK but we need a mechanical parking brake to pass the annual UK MOT test.

Will take pictures tonight hopefully, got the 400 EX shock on last night, 15/32 drill bit worked perfect, I had a heck of a time getting the KOR bushings in but all is good. We live on a farm and have a lot of fence crossings so being able to leave the bike running, hop off and open the gate, pull through, hop back off, etc. it gets kind of old stopping and starting the motor all the time. What do I care, this is my sons quad! I put around on a Rubicon most of the time.

That sounds like a pain in the a$$ to convert, guess he will have to be diligent and make sure it's in gear, we have alot of hills around here, I can already see where this is heading..

I have no idea what happened but somehow the picture is perfectly reversed, this is not what it actually looks like!

My build is on hold until I can get 1 a arm dust cap. My new a arms require the use of the existing dust caps and some how I’ve lost one of them, anyone have one laying around? Thanks
