The Clutch mechanism on my 2003 blaster went bad, I bought both pushrods, ball, pressure plate, and nut and washers. The problem is I can not get the second longer pushrod out.
I tried tapping it with a hammer while the bike was leaned sideways so it would fall out but didn't.
I tried removing the push lever assembly, by pulling it out with a plier, but it didn't come out.
Lastly, I tried to drill it out, but since it was treated, my drill didn't remove anything.
Any advice on what I could do to remove the pushrod, I would not like to split the motor just to take that pushrod out.
