You don't really want to powercoat an air cooled motor it would trap too much heat in.

So how much was it to blast your whole entire frame and engine and also by the paint. Also could you list the paint you used?

My preference, and I've been Pc'ing for over 7 years, is to use aluminum oxide. Less imperfections, but like was previously quoted on here, you aren't building show winning Ferraris. Just an offroad vehicle...but glass bead I used for polishing at low pressures thru the gun.

Maybe $50 in sand.
$30 in paint.
I used PJ1- doesn't anybody read threads anymore? RMATV sells it.
To be more specific PJ1 frame paint on the frame and the PJ1 motor and case paint on the motor.
On the pipe I used Eastwood's satin hi-heat black.
The PJ1 is great stuff and the motor paint has a good shine for a hi-temp paint.
