Hey, guys, I have 2001 Yamaha blaster and I have a lot of rust on it and I really want to make it look good. Please help me with this I can't wait to do this. Thanks in advance.

time for a complete tear down, couple cans of aircraft paint stripper, pressure washer and sanding,
or have it sandblasted.
then self etching primer and automotive paint, or have it powder coated.

I've seen and worked on worse :)

PB Blaster every bolt and nut a day or so ahead of time and let it do it's magic breaking rusted threads/nuts loose and don't be afraid to hit it with some heat to swell things up and break them free.
6 point wrenches and sockets are your best ally here !!!

Ok cool I will try my best at doing this thanks for your help. Also do you think it’s worth it to get a new back brake?

Thanks a lot, I will start the process tomorrow and hope lol at the same time I will be also fixing the exhaust so it is just straight up mayhem.

That’s what I have been thinking about I will be really careful about that. Thanks alot
Have also seen where Vin is only clear coated with powder coating because of thickness
Also phosphoric acid will turn the rust into a ceramic type substance. Still have to remove loose scale. Hardware store or auto paint supplies.
