Reed Valve Problem?

Hey everybody, I'm new here and as of right now just have a quick question. I have been experiencing some idling problems and at low revs my blaster makes like slight back fire. So i took the reeds out and inspected them and one of the petals appears to be slighty chipped but it isnt really too bad so i wasnt sure if this could be the problem, from what ive read it seems like a reed problem so i was just trying to get some more opinions. Please Help!

More than likely that the reeds could be the problem. If they are chipped they should be replaced.

If the problem persists after new reeds, go down the leak down path, which you should anyway if you are replacing the reeds to make sure no air leaks.

sounds like an air leak maybe. deff swap the reed out if you cannot find another solution. Or you can find a service manual, use the trouble shooting guide.
Or you can strip and rebuild for a full overhaul that would maybe fix it
