I bought it a couple months ago needing a top and bottom end rebuild. Brand new seals, so no leaks. Full Bill's exhaust system, K&N air filter, and Vforces. I premix at 32:1. Stock jetting. It runs great, but its lean.

Posted this problem before, but that was when I was dumb and didnt bore it out, so I had 60psi compression. I'm at normal compression now, and it runs great, but lean.
NO, it can't do both at the same time, and if you keep running it with the stock jetting you'll be quickly lose that good compression and be needing another new top end.
I'd buy 270 thru 300 mains and plug chop to determine what it wants, start large (300) and work down.

Overly rich won't hurt anything, it just won't run good.
Do like Awk suggested on jetting and plug chopping.
