I'm getting a new carb and it comes with a 190 main jet and a 60 pilot So what exactly do I need to do jet this I am running a fmf fatty and power core stock internals and open no air box lid and oil delete. What things have to be changed in this carb. I know fmf suggest a 260 main so while I have to change just the main jet and be fine or do I have to change needles and all

Hopefully you didn't get a junk knockoff carb.

Those almost sound like default jetting for a Kehine carb.
I bought two Mikuni carbs that came with 500 mains, largest that fit the carb
