No parking break

I've checked cable is good but no parking brake when it is pulled. The leaver at the wheel is I having with cable but bike still moves how do I fix this

Are the brake pad ok?
Do the brakes work with the foot brake?
Have you tried to adjust the park brake at the caliper?

Its not a ca le fault I can push the leaver all the way at the back by the wheel yet bike still rolls

Yes the pads are good and the foot break works perfect

There is a bolt and a nut if you sit at the back of the bike where the cable ataches. Loosen the nut that retains the lever that the cable connects to. Loosen thatnut. Hand tighten the bolt. You will feel the rear brake start to engage. Then tighten the nut. Should be fine then
