Ok so I rode the sand last weekend and saw that the boot came off the carb cleaned the carb and all. New spark plug and fresh gas. spark is there and it will run only when the throttle is all the way open. You literally have to hold the gas down to make it even run. Once the bike gives whatever it is that makes it turn on for that given second or so it bogs out. All jets are clean, air filter was cleaned everything is how it’s supposed to be. Will this be a stator problem? Please let me know

Only runs at full throttle? Does it run at full RPM AT full throttle?
Did you check the reeds for sand? How do they look, sealing?
Set float level? Did you remove ALL Jets and emulsion tube to make sure all tiny holes are open?
Are air vents on carb open? Remove idle screw?
Blow air through all passages? (I like doing it both directions)

It was the filter choking out the bike. We took it off I believe I had one of those 15 dollar eBay ones on and it went to sh*t. Bike came with it and I just kept cleaning it but I guess it sh*tted itself. Took it off bike ran like it was fine. We used a few of those filter skins with tape to make a filter for the day
