new hood

would it be possible to put a newer blaster hood (2003 models and up) on my 2002 blaster? like would it fit cleanly?

Yes, but a bracket must be made to run the 2003+ headlight

Or you could get one of those nice maier hoods in the fore sale section. =) They fit 02's perfectly.

I heard of a guy on here that bent the existing 88-02 front hood mount then mounted the headlight to it with the 03 hood, i ran an 03+ hood on my 02 blaster and it held up tight with only the 2 bolts than hold the fuel tank cover on aswell.
