Major Update Coming 2/5/2014

    We will be performing a major update on February 5, 2014. The estimated maintenance period will last for approximately 2-3 hours. During this time, the site will not be available.

    Please note that all user signatures will be deleted during this update and you should back up any important information that is in your signature to prevent any data loss. In addition, I would recommend that you backup anything important in your personal user albums as those images will not be transferred over at this time and may or may not be available for use at a later time.

    The update went very well and the migration is now complete. If you run into any bugs, issues or have other questions, feel free to post them in the the Feedback section.

    i've been playing on the new forum for about a week now, it's going to take some getting used too, especially for us old timers :)

    the messaging is more like texts, and is now called a conversation, you can continue talking to someone all in one box without having to send/open/send/open, and that conversation just continues when re-opened. kinda like a private chatroom you can access anytime
    and i think more than 2 users can all participate in the same (pm) conversation ?

    i noticed a little box pop up every 30 seconds or so that "auto saves" everything typed, so no more losing everything for taking too long !
    there is also an "alert" box on every page that shows a count of any new messages you have instead of this versions popup box, and you can easily access them from there.

    i'm pretty sure everyones reputation starts back at 0, it is now called points and is accumulated by time on, posts count and when someone "likes" something you posted. < kinda facebook-ish.
    all your previous + reps are now linked on your profile page and easily veiwable, and instead of points awarded are showing as a count.


    i think after we all get the hang of it, we will like it much better than this current style !

    oh, and the new site will not have the pic upload problems this one has had recently, and is fully mobile ready, goodbye photobucket and tapatalk

    Alot of details I like but some I hate. lol When I type a response in the box it gets locked up. Did it to me a bunch already this morning. Luckily it now has auto save and a quick refresh or two and my typing was not lost. Figured it was IE so now I am trying Chrome to see if it changes.
