I started the bike after a week or so and took it for an easy blast around the block and it rode fine then all of a sudden it starts boggin out and when I hit the throttle it cuts out at half throttle and doesn’t even hit the power band...I cleaned and checked the carb but was doing the same thing..then it cut off and now has no compression to kick it over...I’m thinkin I was gettin too much air and not enough fuel and fryed the top end but idk where to even start

could have been an air leak, incorrect float level not allowing enough fuel into the carb bowl, incorrect needle clip setting or airscrew setting.
what carb ? stock jets ?
using the stock oil injection or premixing your fuel/oil ?
if mixing and still using the stock carb, is the injection system properly blocked off including the injection port on the carb ? < a known air leak when not blocked off

leakdown test it before tearing it apart to identify and fix any airleaks so the new top end doesn't fry for the same reason.
I have testers if you need one....

It has oil block off and toes delete mixing at 32:1...when I took the carb apart it everything looked fine and it’s 250 mainjet which is close to the 260 that’s rated for the exhaust..def too much air but now if I buy new rebuild kit and new carb as I going to be ok

nobody can tell you a 260 main jet is correct for your setup, not even the pipe manufacturer. but you ran it with a leaner jet anyway ?
+ at least one size richer for the premix versus injection.
I'm betting once you get that top end bored/honed and fitted with a new piston and gaskets, then leakdown tested, proper heat cycles, and plug chops to confirm jetting.... you'll find out you should have been in the 270-290 range ?

plug chops..... https://www.blasterforum.com/threads/how-to-plug-chop.53237/

where to send it for repair......

I’m interested in buyin the tester not sure how to message u tho..I haven’t touched the carb since purchase so the 250 was in there but I thought it was runnin fine then this happens but I’m pretty sure there’s a leak somewhere becuz the rpm would run on me sometimes puttin the bike in neutral..I’m gunna have a fun time fixing this one

yep, runaway idle is a sure sign of an airleak.
message sent on tester purchase
