been working on my 99 blaster. The kick starter wouldn’t recoil, Took it apart now it recoils and works properly until I install the clutch cover. Once tightened the kick starter is hard to kick over and will not recoil. Any ideas? Another question is what would the cash value be of a blaster that needs the kick starter fixed? If sold as is. Runs amazing and some aftermarket parts
