Kick start/new to blasters

I bought a blaster 2004 and the kick start was froze and I tried pushing it down and it went but now back wheels are locked what do I need to fix to get it running? And make it not stuck and back wheels turn again?.

Are you sure it's the kickstarter and not the piston seized in the bore ?
take the clutch cover off and see whats going on with the kicker and it's gear that engages with the gear behind the clutch basket.
pull the kicker out and see if the engine moves while pushing in in gear ?
