KarterPhil's 02 rebuild

no the rears are ally for some odd reason but the fronts are steel yes, i think the ally ones are from a different yamaha quad as they have different size hubs

interesting ....... so your gunna have it painted steelies in the front polished in the rear sounds good

well, we will see how it turns out but yea, for now at least I:I Ill have to get those tires off the rear rims and correct a few dings in them before i clean them up, should be able to get to it tomorrow.

Starting to want some asv levers now for the blasty however justifying the £100 ($160) is hard.

shhhh Imgoing to want some to but I need to finish this thing now without puttin anymore money into my blaster and ride it for once buying parts and putting them on is......ADDICTING! haha:D

grrr, this is frustrating me now, i have irritatingly lost the main body of my thumb throttle somewhere in the workshop and have wasted the best part of a day looking for it with no success. i'm beginning think it may have fallen into the bin as the shelf that it WAS on after disassembled and cleaned it is directly above the bin.

"Bin" for those on the west side of the Atlantic, is the garbage can or trash can.

Hey I feel your pain, I share my garage with Triplecrown.
Both of us have several projects going on, all in the same space.

Cracking those beads is a biotch, when you don't use the weight of a car that is ;) (pic attached)

I have finished tapping the hole for the cr500 stud and it goes in like a beauty I:I

What do y'all think of my finished heel guard plates?, still to PC the old modified heel guard mounts for these plates to bolt to.

and there's nothing like some late night lapping to soothe the mind and soul ;)
