Jetting help!

I am relatively new to the blaster, I just got it. Has a Full Dg exhaust, no lid on air box, but appears stock carb. Tors delete. What jets should I be running? Where should the needle be set at? It runs like crap in second gear from 1/4-1/2 throttle. First gear alittle boggy again in low throttle. Takes forever for it to return to idle after reving

Clip in middle position. What do you have for main jet now? See if DG website has any specs. Seeing that DG aren't real good they don't need a lot of extra fuel so I'd say 240-250.

IF you don't have a problem with throttle cable, hanging revs is a symptom of an air leak, which could/will cause your engine to blow up. Highly recommend a leak down test. Member AWK sells testers, you can make it, or https://www.harborfreight.com/cylinder-leak-down-tester-62595.html is what I use with slight modification.
