Jetting Help lightly modified

hi guys been a big fan of blaster forum for a while always a reader this is my first post so I have a 04 blaster got it not running (top end) i have a stock mikuni has stock jetting main 230 haven’t started the bike since the build waiting for my idle screw to come in did a tors delete had the jug bored 67.25 / ported and a mildly milled the head has a fmf power core 2 slip on with the stock header oringinal reed cage with oem reeds(new) 2 layer foam filter no air box cover I am at sea level what do you guys think kept the stock header because the $ and lets face it haven’t heard her purr yet also did a full leak down and found the seals to be bad both crank seals replaced them while I was in there I like pictures so I figured I post some

Intake and Exhaust (pipe, not just silencer) that effect flow into and out of the engine require jetting changes.
get the float height and air screw correct first before any other jetting (find those threads in the carb section)
stock pipe w/ slip on usually requires no change (but plug chop every mod)
aftermarket filter with lid off = 1-2 sizes up on main jet,
oil injection delete (?) for 32:1 mix = 1-2 sizes up on main

for your mods I'd buy 250, 260, 270 mains, start large and plug chop down.
stock 32.5 pilot and needle in stock middle clip position has worked on 90% of mods for me.

current air temps and elevation also effect jetting, what works now at current temps and sea level will be rich in summer heat, and/or higher elevations, but will be lean if the temps drop considerably.
