I have a vitos 240.. hasn't started in awhile had it running a few minutes but it died. leak down test says 120 psi after a few kicks.
is 120 psi for a vitos 240 enough to kick start?

If compression is 120 you should be good.
Fresh fuel? Check carb .if old gas dried up in it jets could be plugged up.if so clean good.
When carbs off shine a light in reed cage and see if. Reeds are broken,cracked, and are sealing tight against cage. No visible gaps. If bad replace.
