how a 2 stroke works

This was a great post......

Prior to getting my blaster and tuning up the cars, I hadn't worked on a conventional combustion engine in years!

Thanks for the quick refresher as well as the book recomendation!

very nice post...for upgrade a 2stroke you have to change the timing off the engine by changing the opening off the port´s

to calculate the opening i use a degree wheel

port opening ex.: 80º

i do 80º+80º= 160º

360º-160º= 200º this is the time in degree that a port is open

Reeds timing Chain: LMFAO!!!

It was a joke, fella's... ;)

Nice vid and good find--thanks!

It sucks that when you add the street legal kit to the Blaster you have to use 2 seperate fluid tanks , the headlight fluid is a DOT3 , and it isn't compatible with the DOT5 High Temperature Blinker Fluid , I believe its a pump seal issue , I could be wrong but I doubt it . =)

isn`t there a container for the headlight fluid

yes, its next to the ecu for the fuel injection, just behind the left exhaust valve cam lobe, above the cam chain tensioner, just dont damage the oil pump when you change the fluid, and while you are in there you may as well rebuild the starter motor, test the solenoid, and charge the battery.

oh yeah and dont forget to top off your coolant and make sure the radiator cap is tight, almost forgot.

i am just going to say, that all 2-strokes have valves.
