I have the stock exhaust and where the pipe meets the motor, follow the exhaust about 12 inches and I have a hole about the size of an auxiliary cord, a little oil stain coming out of it. Will the hole affect performance/jetting in any way? & is the oil normal in that part or could I have a seal leaking maybe? Any info is appreciated, thanks

Oil is mixed with gas and not all of it burns. Yes it affects jetting , fuel/air ratio. Wouldn't be worth effort to try to compensate for it as if it a rust hole, it will continue to grow. Worse case it could blow out causing an extremely lean condition , engine go boom.

Any leaks in an exhaust will affect the amount of unburnt fuel which is rammed back into the cylinder by the returning pressure waves.

As Larry says the bigger the leak the leaner the AFR will become.

Ideally there should be no leaks....
