I was cleaning my transmission after splitting my case. I flipped it upside down and sprayed brake cleaner to make sure there wasn’t any dirt or anything in the gears. A rod just fell out of the transmission. I think it’s a clutch push rod but I’m not too sure. I have bored out my cylinder and I’m ready to reassemble my engine. But I don’t know where this rod came from. I’m pretty dumb, I know.

Yup
Guaranteed you lost the ball bearing that goes between the rod and the clutch adjuster in the pressure plate.
DO NOT use a BB, that’s a temporary emergency fix

There is a service manual pdf in the general section
