Gasket

So today i picked up my two base gaskets from my dealer and there are metal instred of the felt type. are these the right thing?

yes those are the ones you want stay away from the felt or paper type; ex vitos

ok so im going to get some copper gasket seal. but should i get the spray can or the silicone tube type?

apply a THIN line around the head gasket on both sides.

ok well i need the stuff tomorrow and cant get my hands on yamabond till next week. so will the copper gasket selant work?

make syre to do a leak down test after, it should hold for atleast 5 minutes with out droppin 1 psi
