Fuel trouble

I’m new to two strokes so any help would be appreciated. I just bought a 2001 Yamaha blaster and I’m having trouble getting fuel to the spark plug. If I pour mixed fuel in the spark plug hole then put the spark plug in it fires once but that’s all I can get. It has a tors delete and has spark. I know I am getting fuel to the carb but it won’t reach the piston jug. Any one know what to do?

How do you know you’re getting fuel to carb?

Look in here for how to clean carb, set float, clean needle and seat. DO NOT cut corners and say “Well it looks clean “ you have to take the jets and emulsion tube/main jet holder to see that those little holes are open !!

I know fuel is getting to the carb because the bowl fills up but it will only try to start if I bump start it.
