Front and back lights dont work

Hey i just got my first blaster and am pretty new to quads. Its an 04 blaster and the front light and tail light doesnt work im just wondering on where to start to diagnose the problem. Thank you.

Get a voltage tester and work from the light socket back. I could tell you all kinds of things to check but it would be pointless . The only real way is to trace back to find where your getting voltage.

Sounds like a regulator to me. I picked one up for about $15, there all over Craigslist and the marketplace

Yeah...like demon said, break out the tester and see if you're getting juice. If no juice, keep tracing it back until you find it.

Also agree with the others, check connections and especially your ground.

check all of the yellow and green wires and see if there pluged toghter if they are check the negtave wires

The yellow/red wire that comes from the flywheel housing shoud have 12 + volts AC, with motor at idle. Put your meter on the AC setting and ring the Y/R wire to ground.
