What’s your guy’s opinion just a exhaust leak ? Why is it so bad am I missing any pieces connecting to head .. pictures attached thanks

This may be stale, but, couple of questions:

Does it still leak?
Are you using the stock exhaust?
Have you ever replaced the exhaust crush ring?
Are there o-rings between the exhaust flange and the header pipe?
