Exhaust header

Can anyone help me get a new exhaust header or expansion chamber. Mine seems to have a rattling inside it with a losss of power. Everything seems to be sold out or not legal in ca. Please if anyone knows anywhere I can buy one lmk. Thank you

Is the rattle coming from the expansion chamber up front? Or the silencer .
Either way you need to remove it. And retrieve whatever pieces are in there..
Could be the small section of pipe with the holes in it. Inside the silencer.
Just remove it or reatact if possible.but it does hold the packing in place.

Or just replace exhaust?
It's an off road vehicle.
I dont live there so i don't know their stupid rules
