dvx400 project for school

started working on a dvx 400 today for class, my friend just got this thing from another kid at school,

so far i have found:
terrible crank play
super dirty crank area for someone leaving the cylinder off and not covering it up
and it needs a bore and new piston

so does anyone know of a free manual online like the blaster manual?? i would really like one, my friend is too cheap to buy one, if all else fails i may buy the manual and keep it for myself
