Here's a list of all bore sizes converted to cc's

There's a lot of guys that think they are running 240 kits when its only .040 over.
Hope this helps out.

for a easy calculation off your engine CC

Bore = 66mm
Storke = 57mm
pi = 3,1416

3,1416 x 6,6 x 6,6 x 5,7 / 4 = 195,00 cc´s

That’s the best way of doing it
66mm bore 57mm stroke
Move the decimal place over to the left to convert mm to cm
Displacement= BoreX Bore X stroke X.7854
pi/4= .7854
(6.6) (.6.6) (5.7) (.7854)=195.08cc

awesome info. i was thinking of having my blaster bore out, ill check this thread before i do

so if i buy a stock vito 240 kit means is a big bore 240cc kit stock? which i can port n drill to get more cc size?? like from 240 wit 0.80 i can put it to 260cc? is this correct?

i have another question, since im from argentina, i want to know... if i buy a 240cc bb kit from vitos, will i be able to do some work on it to get more size? like take it to 250 260? what do i need to do exactly witout have to use special gas??

thx a nice info

sorry this is a little off topic. but i just got an old yamaha dt 175. it has a 66mm bore and 50mm stroke. the top end looks to be the same as my blaster they share a 66mm bore. i was wondering if anyone knows if they are the same and if a could put a 240 big bore kit on my 175 and just get a 203cc.i would also like to use other top end performance parts if they fit!! i can get a lightly used one for cheap from a friend. any thoughts on this? thanks.
