Hello, I’m pretty new to the whole blaster forum thing. I’ve got some pictures here of the cases from an 02 blaster I bought and I thought I’d reach out and see if anyone had some advice on how to fix these cases based on your guys experiences and what not. Any input would be appreciated.

Will it hold? I’ve heard it works and I’ve heard horror stories. The cracks are pretty small though so maybe it would.
Well my case around the sprocket on my blaster and kx250 is held together by quick steel and my buddies drain bolt is held in by quick steel but as for your situation I’m not too sure if I’d do that

Is it actually cracked? My old ass eyes only see a nasty Nick. The hard part with welding is rethreading the hole. I'd use JB or quick steel. Biggest thing is clean well and rough up with coarse grit paper. Use a smooth file for sealing surface.

Yeah it’s cracked through to the whole. I took it to a pretty good fabricator who has experience with this kinda stuff so we will see how it turns out
