Have a 02 blaster put a nauni piston in it excuse the spelling.....short story put 40 over on it fmf pipe and silencer its a flat track set up 14 tooth sprocket not much......anyway did the tors delete thought that was my problem new carb didn't fix it but got it to start one night tuning on it soooooo got tired of kicking and kicking finally checked compression its hitting right at 95??? What's that mean I knkw factory is higher and should I completely plug the engines exaust and and intake and check it again

you do not block anything for a compression test, was it a known good tester ?

anything under 100 psi will be hard to start and keep running at idle, and is in serious need or a new piston/bore/hone

Who bored/honed the cylinder for the 40 over piston ? did they have the actual piston in hand to bore/hone it to that exact piston specs ?
if not find a new shop (KenOconnorRacing.com)


then put your stock carb back on and jet it for your mods, (270 -310 main < plug chop to confirm, pilot and needle @ stock jetting)
