New to the site so first off happy New Years everyone

I can’t seem to get the right arrow (clutch arm) to fit into the left case arrow.

Any suggestions?

You have to align each shaft as sliding it down. Use thin screwdriver to push shaft as needed. Try supporting right case on wood blocks so nothing is contacting other end of shift shaft.
It might be crank beg actually holding you up. Might have to fashion a crank puller

Remove shift shaft. Put cases together.then it slides right through both case halfs from clutch side. Unless its bent.

You need to use a crank puller/installer to pull/push crank onto bearing on flywheel side.bearing fits tight on crank.no hammers aloud.blaster motors you split from clutch side. Crank bearing slides right on crank with little to no effort.bearing is not a tight interference fit on clutch side
