Clutch issues

So I just got a 2000 Warrior 350 and what I’ve noticed is that it likes creeping forward with the clutch in, even after stopping with the breaks it will creep more.

It is very hard to find neutral with it running too

In order to shift to reverse I have to shut it off to find neutral, and then once you get it into reverse, the clutch won’t stop it at all. I have to shut it off to get it out

I’m new with clutches, what do i need to adjust or do to fix this issue

Start with the clutch cable at the lever. You should be able to move lever a little bit, maybe 1/4" free play before the cable tightens. A worn clutch basket can also cause this issue.
Try to find an online PDF repair manual. If not get a Clymers repair manual. I like it better because the pics are larger.

IIRC, there's an adjustment on the clutch pressure plate though rarely need to adjust it there.

Post up if you need more help. If I remember illI look for my manual.
