Clutch engagement problem

So I recently redid the bearings and seals in my blaster engine and when I put it back together I went to test the clutch and it stays engaged and the bike acts like it is in neutral in all the gears. Also the clutch lever pulls the clutch arm but has no resistance and lever bearly retracts back. When the bike is on I would move the clutch arm back and forth and the bike almost wanted to go but still have no clutch. I took the clutch assembly apart and reinstalled it off of a video I found on the forums but still does the same thing. What could this be? Thanks

Did you make sure the dots lined up for the outer and inner basket, Also double check that your actuating arm is pushing the long rod and clutch ball like it should, Also if you didn't install the spacer and conical washer behind the main basket that could be causing the issue, Check with the service manual for proper part installation in the correct orientation.
