Boyesen Carbon Reeds-help

hiall. i was just wondering, i want to upgrade to these reeds from my stock ones, and i was just wondering iff i had to rejet. the stock reeds are single stage, and so are these. would i have too? and would i have to go bigger or smaller?

You do not have to rejet for reeds.

Generally you don't Need to. A plug chop will tell you for sure

Reeds on a stock cage do not increase air flow.

The carbons may open quicker resulting in a crisper throttle response, but /\ /\ /\ /\ there should be no change in air volume.

Sometimes the dual stage will require a little low rpms tweaking, but they're often fine

If you have the extra $$$ the dual stage reeds seem to be a better buy.

thanx to this forum, i learned about the boyesen dual stage reeds and put some in mine when i replaced the old ones 2 days ago, and the blaster is running great..also had help with my break-in and clutch work from this site..

The boyesen pro reeds are the same as vito's carbon fibers, you can get the vito's 1/3 the cost

I've got duel stage Vito's in both Blaster and Banshee and more than satisfied with them.
