Bore kit?

Hello, new to this, I have a stock 06 blaster, I wanna bore it, seen people use Vito's, is it really worth boring it out or no? When I bought my quad I had to do a whole new top end rebuild. Also my brand new carb leaks fuel out, me and my buddy put a one on and it still leaks any help plz

Any new piston should have a new bore. However, if you're using the stock cylinder, only bore enough to clean it up

If you're talking Vito's big bore kit, ya it's worth it. 66 to 72mm bore.
There's no replacement for displacement.
IRRC, you need stroker crank to get 240cc
