blaster wont start unless i take out spark plug and clean it

Hey so i have a 2006 special edition blaster and ill let it sit overnight but the next day when i try and start it, it wont start unless i take spark plug out and wipe it down a little and then when i put it back in she fires right up. ive also noticed that fuel is leaking from flange area even tho ive tightened it pretty good. anyone have a idea why this is?
