Blaster won't shift past 2 gear

    So I am rebuilding this 02 blaster and it won't shift past second . I have good shift forks good shift cam and a good transmission I is a split case as of now I have tried everything but can't figure it out I have read all the transmission forums on here with no luck

    I presume that you’re trying to bench shift it ?? Spin the output shaft while trying. The dogs have to line w

    yes i have it lined up and pressed back together the cover was off so i could see the shifter arm was making contact with the cam/dog and would not turn it works great 1-nuetral and 2 gear but nothing after that it freezes to go past 2nd gear but will downshift

    when i get home i will take some pictures of it dissasembled how the forks are lining up and then it shifting with a picture of the shift dog not turning

    This has happened to me before when my oil drain bolt was too long. I switched it for shorter one and it worked fine again.

    You didn’t answer if you are turning either shaft while trying to shift. Did you have the shift forks off of the shafts ?

    sorry i dropped it because it was irratating me i will pull it back out Sunday because i'm busy with wrestling until then
