Blaster won’t start

Issue before ripping into it was that it was bogging down and lots of white smoke. Needed to be gone over anyways since it hasn’t for a year. Started first kick all the time previously.

Past week...
I Replaced all gaskets and crank and stator side seals.
Compression is 110
New boysen 630 power reeds
New caltric ignition coil
Br8es spark plug
Piston is fine
Carb had issue with leaking, had a spare bowl that fit fine on the mikuni, leak was the bottom bowl screw.

Not sure where to start. I have spark, I have compression...

Something to do with carb, or flooded bottom maybe...looking more into it tomorrow.

Any suggestions. Thanks!

Start with a leak down test. White smoke is indication of leaking crank seal . Replace both.

leak down tester is on way. Hoping to do that shortly.

Seals both sides are new
