Blaster won’t start after rebuild

Just rebuild the top end on my 03 blaster , it’s firing and has a new plug and carb , it’s getting gas, kicks over and has good compression but won’t Start .....HELP

Have you done a leak down test ? IF you have ANY mods you have to swap old jets into new carb. Search 03-06 TORS removal.

I did use the cheap eBay kit, and yes , no leaks.. it ran fine until it blew a head gasket & decided to freshen up.. it is bone stock btw

which new carb ? and does it have the exact same jets as the stock carb had ? 99.99% of aftermarket carbs do not.

It is a stock carb, it won’t crank with the old carb either

I’m guessing the spark has to be weak. No leaks,it’s getting fire & gas.. don’t know if the piston I bought is causing this problem, my old piston had the cutout on top and my new piston don’t

This is a very old post, but I see no new updates, did you ever get the quad running? If not, do you have any new issues? Or any fixed but some remaining issues?
