I’ve got a Yamaha blaster and need rings my jug measure is 68.326 and piston ring 68 so kinda want to know what tolerance I should have for the rings and the jug

How are you measuring a piston ring ?
That’s a new one to me.
How are measuring the bore?
What does the piston measure and what is the size marked on the crown?

The only time a ring is actually “measured” is ring end gap when it is in the bore.

All specs and how to measure them all are in here, if you don’t have a Clymers Repair Manual

How ARE you measuring everything? Piston rings are only measured by its end gap once it's squared up into a "PROPPERLY SIZED AND CONDITIONED" Bore. You will need at the least a set of feeler gauges, 3" Micrometer and a bore gauge. You also need to know how to properly use those tools top get accurate measurements. Good luck!
