So I recently had my blaster rebuilt pretty much top to bottom engine wise. Got it back from the shop and it was running great. Didn’t always start on the first or second kick. Up until about a week ago it was a dozen or so or more to get running. Since it was a rebuild I pulled the plug after a tank and a half of gas to see what it looked like. Seemed ok. Put the plug back in won’t start. Pulled the plug no spark. Eliminated the TORS. No spark. Replaced the coil. No spark. Checked the coil it’s good. No spark. Replaced voltage regulator no spark. Replaced the CDI no spark. Have been checking leads and grounds, no wiring issues so far. Have been checking all the switches and what not with a multi meter. Coil is good. Checked the stator and getting a reading but not sure what it’s suppose to read. Right now I’m stuck. I’m working on pulling the fly wheel and I’m going to replace the stator as well. Any other suggestions?? Please help I’m suppose to go on a maiden break in trail ride tomorrow!!!
