Hey guys, I am absolutely stumped on this one. My 96 blaster with an oil pump delete and still has tors lost spark when I replaced the 3 wire wire connection that goes to the headlight switch with individual connections. The cause for replacement was the old connection got rusty and my light bar I just installed stopped working. I put a link to show how I changed the wiring diagram below. Thanks y'all!

I see nothing in your wiring pic that should effect spark
the lighting and ignition coils are 2 completely separate coils and circuits
what wattage light bar ? disconnect it and see if it fires ?
the stock blaster stator coil can only handle 55 watts total unless you upgrade to a 75 watt lighting coil

I found out the spark plug which was brand new must've been a lemon or something like that. I put another plug in and it worked fine
Hopefully you bought more than one plug. It's always a good idea to have acouple extras around
